We’re a welcoming, experienced running club built for runners and walkers of all levels who want structure, support, and a lot of fun along the way.

Our club is powered by an experienced running community that’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and always happy to help newer runners find their stride. We also keep things fun with themed holiday runs that mix fitness with camaraderie.

We offer pre-planned courses in a variety of distances, so whether you’re getting in an easy run or building endurance, there’s always an option that fits. Water stops are set up along the routes, so you can focus on your run without worrying about logistics.

For runners with big goals, we provide race-focused training for events like the Boilermaker, Syracuse Half, and other local and regional races, offering guidance, motivation, and a strong group to train with.

In short: great routes, solid support, strong community, and plenty of reasons to lace up and join in.

To keep things interesting, we will throw in an occasional “Destination Run”. It is all about mixing things up. We head out to a nearby spot for a fresh route, a new vibe, and a little break from the usual loop. It’s close, easy to get to, and a fun way to keep our runs feeling new.
